Pass the sq getting started
Ok ladies today we start!!!! You all should start by making a 12 inch sq. Then you should pass the sq to the person under your name on the address list I will email you all later today. Note you will always pass the sq you are working on to the same person. When the sq is recieved you should add a minimum of 8 rounds to the sq.There are 9 people working so when you get the 9th sq thatone is yours and you add as many rows/rounds as you like. I am asking you to put a tag on the sq with your name and addy so you know who had this gahn and for well I just like the info on this friendship quilt. I got Lynn's, pretty square & I started on it
yesterday at my son's swim meet. Now I'm working on it while on family vacation for a week in Clearlake,CA. I sent mine off Friday before we left.
What a fun idea. Who will get the finished square when it is finished? I posted it on my blog. Sounds like a lot of fun.
crochet, there are 9 ppl and 9 squares we are all adding rows to each square and passing them on , everyone will have a very large square or a "lap ghan" till we are done........
Ok I sent Lynn's off from ClearLake,CA the other day-heck of a time finding a mail box in this little town. I'm hoping to have one waiting for me to work on when I get home. This idea is totally cool. I'm already having fun. Thank you Jimmy Lu (& get well soon)for organizing-Kimberly
i dont have anything to pass on as of yet, i still havnt recieved a square......when i do, i promise to work on it diligently so u arent waiting on it long......hugzzz all, get well jimmielu, and i dont know if doc told u or not but gargling with salt water will deter the infection and help it clear out faster.......
Can anyone join, or is it to late?
I would love to pass the square it it is still open for more to get in. What yarns are you useing?

WHOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO.......glad u are feeling better jimmielu.....sorry about your computer, wish i could come fix it for you. i love reading your posts and such in c'ville. I was also wondering, do u know who was supposed to mail to me for pass the square, i haven't recieved anything yet and i was hoping everything is fine with them? I mean not ill or whatnot..anyway if you would drop me a line or post in my blog that would be cool....ty ever so much and i'll keep u in my thoughts, hope that comp. is up and running soon. lol

i have waited over a month now and still haven't recieved anything.....i'm beginning to believe this is a "dead" project....i spoke with jimmielu on messenger on 8/8 and it was stated that she would take care of it and now it is 8/17 and i havent' heard anything else about it
